MoldGel(tm) - SloSet -8-9 minutes gradual set time! Unique in its characteristics.

MoldGel SloSet alginate will mix easily into a smooth, creamy consistency providing minute detail down to the fingerprints. Our SloSet sets in approximately 8-9 minutes with a ratio of of 5 1/2 ounces of SloSet to 16 ounces of water. The thicker the mixture or application, the faster the cure.

A large quantity of MoldGel prepared in warm water as a thick paste (one-part water to one-part MoldGel by volume), will set-up in about six minutes. More diluted mixtures or cooler water will give a longer working time. Once the MoldGel sets it will continue to grow firmer and tougher over an additional few minutes. However, it is not necessary to wait until it firms-up completely before applying a support shell. This may be done as soon as the MoldGel sets.

Approximately 2 lbs. of MoldGel is sufficient to mold one life-size adult head.
